Question: How much notice is required to make a reservation?

Answer: To secure your ride, we recommend booking your reservation 48 hours in advance. However, for last-minute plans, you can also check for same-day availability by calling us or visiting our website.

Question: Will I receive a call when my car arrives?

Answer: Our goal is to notify you when your driver is on-site as a courtesy. However, during busy periods, we may not always be able to make this call due to high call volume.

Question: Can the driver come into my building to pick up my luggage and bring it out to the car?

Answer: Unfortunately, our drivers cannot leave their vehicles unattended. They will gladly assist you in transporting your luggage from the entrance of your building to the vehicle.

Question: Is there Uber in Bulgaria?

Answer: While Uber is not available in Bulgaria, we are here to provide a fantastic alternative for your transportation needs. Question: How much notice is required to cancel a reservation?

Answer: We kindly request that you cancel your reservations at least 12 hours in advance for pickups. Cancellations made after this timeframe may be subject to cancellation fees.

Question: May I make a last-minute change to my reservation?

Answer: We make every effort to accommodate last-minute changes. Please inform us of any changes at least 4 hours in advance for Bucharest pickups and at least 6 hours in advance for Bulgaria pickups.

Question: If I have already booked a reservation from the airport, what should I do once I land?

Answer: After collecting your luggage, please call us with your confirmation number. We will direct you to your car, and your driver will meet you at a designated curbside point outside the baggage claim area.

Question: For airport pickups, must I reserve a car in advance, or can I call for a car once I land? How long will it take to pick me up?

Answer: We can typically provide unscheduled airport pickups. You can call us upon landing to check availability. For guaranteed service, we recommend booking in advance. The driver will arrive at your terminal within approximately 30-60 minutes.
